WE WANT YOU!

  • We are looking for a First Nation in Manitoba to assist us with beta-testing and end-user reviews. The selected candidate:
    • Will be very knowledgeable with Income Assistance delivery in the province of Manitoba.
    • Will be currently using another software product (e.g. CRW Systems, AIS, etc.).
    • Must be able to run our software in parallel with their existing system to compare calculations, payments, etc.
      • Add actual case files (you can use fictitious names if you wish) to determine if the various forms/reports are correct, and examine budget calculations to determine if they are working out correctly.
      • Notify us immediately of any required changes that need to be made so that we can make the changes and provide you with an updated version of the software as soon as possible.
      • Examples of things you should notify us about: bugs/errors occurring in the program and improvements or suggestions that you would like to see incorporated into the next update.
    • Will provide us with feedback, suggestions/comments, etc. regarding the software.

SUMMARY OF THE MAIN FEATURES

  • Windows-based Graphical User Interface.  Runs on Windows XP, Vista (32/64 Bit) and Windows 7 (32/64 Bit).
  • Easy client searches and filters. Filter by adults (18+) or children (0-17) or everyone, male/female/both, active/inactive/both, etc.
  • Link individuals together using their unique ID numbers. Clients can be linked to their parents (mother and/or father), etc.
  • Membership: Can be used to keep track of membership as well since there are filters to show only those who are receiving assistance, not receiving assistance or both.
  • Budget history: keeps a record of every budget calculation entered and/or changed.
  • Forms history: keeps a record of each form that was produced at any given point.
  • Income history: keeps a record of every income statement.
  • Ability to export any report into Excel, PDF or E-Mail attachment.
  • Calculates client payments based on benefit unit size and automatically factors in various items.

  • Transaction Details: shows detailed information about any transaction/payment made to a client.
  • Monthly Reports which can be generated for a specific month/year:
    • Income Assistance Monthly Report
    • Detailed Summary Report
  • Trial Calculation: shows detailed information about the client's budget calculation.
  • Transaction Listings:
    • Based on a user specified date range
    • Filter based on transaction type: Client Cheques/Payments, Vendor Cheques/Payments, Adjustments
    • Filter based on account: Choose all or specify an account to show amounts charged to that account
  • Form Letters: allows you to generate letters with client information merged onto them.
