PROGRAM FEATURES

• Payments are based on an April to March calendar year.
• Keep track of Applicant, Spouse and Address information, Starting Date of the Loan, Loan Amount, Forgiveness percentage, Annual Interest, and the amount that should be paid monthly.
• Each annual payment record for a year keeps track of the amount paid in each month and the amount that should be paid yearly.
• New Loans (ie. renovations, etc.) can be added during the year with information such as Start Date, Amount, Interest and a Description of each new loan.
• Opening Balance, Payments Made, Interest Charged, New Loan summary, and Closing Balance are all included on each annual payment record.
• You can enter notes for a particular year which can be printed.
• Individual Reports include: Detailed Report For The Selected Year, Detailed Report For All Years, Detailed Payment Information For All Years, and a Year End Statement.
• General Reports include: Payments Received For A Month, Payment Summary For A Year, Year End Statements, and Arrears Statements.
