- Payments are based on an April to March year to accommodate the First Nation fiscal year
- Keep track of a tenant’s name and address information, date of occupancy, term starting and ending dates, date the rent is due, monthly rent amount, and the rent that was received up front (first and/or last month’s rent)
- Each annual payment record for a year keeps track of the amount paid in each month, the amount that should be paid yearly, and the amount in arrears
- Enter and print notes pertaining to a tenant’s file
- Enter payments and issue receipts
- Program is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10
Reports
- Detailed report for a year or for all years on file for a tenant
- Detailed payment information report for all years on file for a tenant
- Detailed year end statement for one tenant or for all tenants
- Listing of payments received in a month or in a year for all tenants
- Arrears statements for tenants whose rent is in arrears
