    Please note that you are registered upon receipt of your registration form. However, your spot is not reserved until we receive your payment in full for all training modules selected.

    Payments must be received prior to the deadline listed at the top of this page and no exceptions to this policy will be permitted.

    • Cancellations received up to the payment deadline of October 27, 2017 will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations received between October 30-November 3, 2017 will have 40% of their paid session fee refunded.
    • No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations received after November 3, 2017.
    • No refunds or credits will be provided if participants do not show up for any of their sessions.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any workshop. If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued.
