Information About Online Software Training Series

Each training series for the GWA-OW Calculator and the Income Assistance Manager software programs consists of eight different sessions. The sessions will each be around 2.5-3 hours in length and they will focus on a specific topic. The sessions will be conducted live online using Zoom video conferencing software. The Zoom meeting links will be emailed to registered attendees one week before the series begins. Ideally, your device (desktop computer, laptop, tablet or a cell phone) should have a reliable, strong internet connection along with a webcam, speakers and a microphone. You can still register for a session if your device doesn’t have a webcam or a microphone, but your device must absolutely have working speakers in order to be able to hear the instructor.

Registration for the August 2026 series has ended. We will likely conduct another online training series sometime within the September to November 2026 range. Once the date has been set, the information will be posted within this section and it will also be emailed to all GWA-OW Calculator software users. Income Assistance Manager Software Online Training Series

We’ll be running the Income Assistance Manager Software Online Training Series September 16-17 and 23-24, 2026.
