Programs with User-Based Software Support

When you purchase the following software programs, you will also be invoiced for an annual software support fee that is based upon the number of staff who will be using the software:

The software support fee covers updates to the software and it provides software users with support by phone, email, Facebook Messenger, and by remote online assistance. The annual software support fee provides coverage for a complete fiscal year, from April 1 of the current year to March 31 of the following year. A quote for the software and for the software support will be provided upfront.

The software support fee will continue to be invoiced each fiscal year in April and it will be based upon the number of software users at that time. Additional software users can be added throughout the fiscal year as needed, and a prorated software support fee will be invoiced for the additional software users.


Programs with Flat Rate Software Support

When you purchase the following software program, your invoice will include a low-cost flat rate amount (there isn’t a per-user cost) which covers the annual software support and the yearly tax table update:

The low-cost flat rate amount will continue to be invoiced in January of each calendar year.
