  • Configure guest room information under the Rooms icon
  • Choose between two different room rate calculation methods: Per-Person Rate or Double Occupancy Plus Additional Person(s) Rate
  • Input the room rates for the calculation option selected, including different rates for children by age range, if desired

Guest Database

  • Enter and maintain contact information for guests under the Guest Database icon

Reservations

  • Create, modify, cancel and delete reservations under the Reservations icon
  • View Availability option allows you to check the availability for all rooms for a selected month
  • You can configure the colour that reserved rooms appear in and you can also choose to have weekends or available days appear in a different colours, if desired

  • Easily select a room along with the check-in and checkout dates for a guest
  • Input a discount and/or an additional charge for a reservation
  • Record deposits and/or a purchase order number for a reservation

  • Filter reservations by All, Active/Upcoming, Paid, Unpaid, or Cancelled
  • Print reservation and cancellation confirmations or save them as PDFs to email to guests directly from the software with an automated message included within the body of the email
  • Print, save or email statements indicating the full reservation details and payment status
  • Software can be used by up to two users with each user having his/her own login profile and password
