Contest Guidelines

  • The contest runs from May 2, 2022 to May 30, 2022.
  • Only one entry form per office allowed. Any additional entries from the same office will be discarded and only one entry will be retained.
  • The draw for each prize will be held on May 31, 2022. The winning offices will be announced in an email that will be sent to all clients on May 31, 2022. The winning offices will also be contacted directly to notify them of their prize.
  • An office can only win one of the gift cards. Once an office has won one gift card, the office will be removed from the draws for the other gift cards.
