Invoices for software support for the 2016/2017 fiscal year have been emailed and sent by regular mail to all of our GWA/OW Calculator software users today. The annual software support fee provides users with technical support by telephone, email, fax, and remote online assistance. The fee also covers updates to the GWA-OW Calculator software as needed throughout the fiscal year from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017.
