Income Assistance Manager Online Training Series Registration
Date of Series: June 13-14& June 18-19, 2024
Please read the Payment Deadline and Cancellation Policy section information carefully. If you would like to register for the training series, please complete the form below for each person who will be attending and click the Send button.
Payment Deadline: May 31, 2024
Upon receipt of your registration form, we will send you a confirmation notice that will contain an invoice.
Please note that you are registered upon receipt of your registration form. However, your spot is not reserved until we receive your payment by the deadline indicated.
Payments must be received prior to the deadline of May 31, 2024. Your spot will not be held if we do not receive your payment by this date!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to May 31, 2024 will have the option of receiving a credit or a refund.
NO credits or refunds will be provided for cancellations received after May 31, 2024.
NO credits will be provided for participants who are ‘no shows.’ If you can no longer attend a session, please make sure to notify our office before the session begins.
We reserve the right to cancel any session. If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued.
